ZC-939resin is an isophthalic acid, maleic anhydride, neopentyl glycol and other standard diols as the main raw materials. It is dissolved in styrene crosslinking monomer and has high viscosity and high reactivity.

ZC-939resin is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with high strength, excellent water resistance and weather resistance. It is suitable for pultrusion, casting, hand lay-up and other molding processes to produce fiberglass products with heat-resistant requirements.

Application Guidelines

1. ZC-939 resin does not contain wax, accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. Recommended curing system for pultrusion process: BPO curing agent 0.5-2.0%; TBPB curing agent 0.5-1.5%. The actual selection should be confirmed according to the specific equipment, product, process temperature, pultrusion speed and other factors. When drawing thick products, it is recommended to add low shrinkage agent to reduce shrinkage. It is recommended to choose low shrinkage additives such as Polylite ZC-2629, and add them immediately before use. 3. In view of the differences in compatibility between different resins and different color pastes (pigment pastes), customers should test the compatibility and stability of resins and color pastes (pigment pastes) before use.
