ZC-891 resin is an o-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diol as main raw materials, which has been dissolved in styrene cross-linking monomer and has medium viscosity and high reactivity.
ZC-891 resin is heat-resistant HM type, with good acid resistance and heat resistance, good strength and rigidity. It is suitable for FRP products and FRP molds with medium heat resistance requirements.

1. ZC-891 resin contains wax, but does not contain accelerators and thixotropic additives.
2. For those with higher heat resistance requirements, it is recommended to choose Polylite isophthalic type ZC-991 resin. 3. When choosing heat-resistant and chemical-resistant anticorrosive resins, the actual medium and temperature of the product should be used. The appropriate resin should be selected according to the company’s “Heat-resistant and Chemical-resistant Medium Use Inquiry Table” and confirmed through tests. 4. Post-curing of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant FRP products is particularly important. The products should be used after they are fully cured.
