ZC-5839 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and standard diols as the main raw materials. It has been dissolved in styrene crosslinking monomers and has moderate viscosity and reactivity.
ZC-5839 resin has high mechanical strength, high elongation at break, high heat resistance, and excellent water resistance. Suitable for lining layers of fiberglass pipelines, storage tanks, etc. Compliant with the JC/T1092-2008 standard for mechanical forming winding resin, it can be used for continuous winding processes.

1. ZC-5839 resin does not contain wax, accelerators, or thixotropes.
2. Recommended curing system: Cobalt based accelerator (1% Co) 0.4-2.0%, MEKP curing agent 1.0-2.5%.
3. ZC-5839 resin is suitable for wrapping the inner lining of pipelines and storage tanks.
4. It is recommended to choose NEWSOLAR9365 resin for the structural layer of wrapped pipelines and storage tanks.
