ZC-5639P-L resin is an orthophthalic pre-promoted unsaturated polyester resin made from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diols. It has low viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-5639P-L resin has high strength, fast post-curing, heat and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good glass fiber impregnation, and excellent injection performance. It is suitable for small and medium-sized FRP products in RTM/vacuum infusion processes.

1. ZC-5639P-L resin contains accelerator, but does not contain wax and thixotropic additive.
2. ZC-5639P-L resin is suitable for RTM/vacuum infusion process to produce small and medium-sized products; 1059P resin is recommended for medium and large-sized products.
3. In view of the difference in size and thickness of products in RTM/vacuum infusion process, appropriate gelation time and exothermic peak should be selected to meet process requirements. If necessary, production indicators can be specified.
