ZC-5639P-1 resin is an orthophthalic pre-promoted unsaturated polyester resin made from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diols. It has low viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-5639P-1 resin has stable heat release, fast post-curing, small shrinkage, high strength, heat and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good glass fiber wettability, excellent injection performance, and can be molded into thicker products in one time. It is suitable for medium and large FRP products in RTM/vacuum infusion processes. It has been certified by China Classification Society (CCS) and can be used in shipbuilding.
