ZC-2599L resin is an o-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diol as main raw materials. It has been dissolved in cross-linking monomers such as styrene and has low viscosity and high reactivity.

Benefits and Application

ZC-2599L resin has high transparency, good wettability, fast curing, and the refractive index of its casting is close to that of alkali-free glass fiber. It has fast board running speed, good strength and rigidity, excellent light transmittance, good weather resistance, and good divergence effect on direct sunlight. It is suitable for continuous molding process to produce high-performance light-transmitting machine-made panels.

Application Guidelines

1. ZC-2599L resin does not contain wax, accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. ZC-2599L resin has high reaction activity, and its board speed is generally 5-7m/min. To ensure the performance of the product, the board speed should be set in combination with the actual state of equipment conditions and process conditions.
3. ZC-2599L resin is suitable for light-transmitting tiles with high weather resistance. 4. When selecting glass fiber, the refractive index of glass fiber and resin should be matched to ensure the light transmittance of the board.
