ZC-2059P resin is an orthophthalic pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin based on phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diols. It has low viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-2059P resin has low exothermic peak, small shrinkage, high strength, fast post-curing, heat and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good glass fiber wettability, and excellent injection performance. It is suitable for small and medium-sized FRP products in RTM/vacuum infusion and other processes.

1. ZC-2059P resin contains accelerator, but does not contain wax and thixotropic additive.
2. ZC-2059P resin is suitable for RTM/vacuum infusion process to produce small and medium-sized products; 1059P resin is recommended for medium and large-sized products.
3. In view of the size and thickness differences of products in RTM/vacuum infusion and other processes, the appropriate gelation time and exothermic peak should be selected to meet the process requirements. If necessary, the production indicators can be specified.
