ZC-1059P resin is an orthophthalic pre-accelerated unsaturated polyester resin based on phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride and standard diols. It has low viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-1059P resin has low exothermic peak, small shrinkage, high strength, fast post-curing, heat and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties, good glass fiber wettability, excellent injection performance, and can be molded into thicker products in one go. It is suitable for medium and large FRP products in RTM/vacuum infusion processes.

1. ZC-1059P resin contains accelerator, but does not contain wax and thixotropic additive.
2. ZC-1059P resin is suitable for RTM/vacuum infusion process to produce medium and large products; 2059P resin is recommended for small and medium products.
3. In view of the difference in size and thickness of products in RTM/vacuum infusion process, appropriate gelation time and exothermic peak should be selected to meet process requirements. If necessary, production indicators can be specified.
