ZC-1019 resin is a PTA type unsaturated polyester resin with purified terephthalic acid, maleic anhydride and standard diol as main raw materials. It has been dissolved in styrene cross-linking monomer and has high viscosity and high reactivity.
ZC-1019 resin has stable thickening, good strength and toughness, small shrinkage and good water resistance.Suitable for making special products such as BMC manhole covers and traffic guardrail bases.

1. ZC-1019 resin does not contain wax, accelerator or thixotropic agent.
2. ZC-1019 is usually used in combination with ZC-2629 for low shrinkage molding compound. The recommended ratio of ZC-1019 to ZC-2629 is 65:35, and the molding temperature is 175±10℃. It can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.
3. To ensure the storage of SMC/BMC materials, stabilizers should be added appropriately during production.
