Chemical/Physical Nature

ZC-5001 resin is an unsaturated polyester resin with phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, dipropylene glycol and other standard diols as the main raw materials. It has been dissolved in styrene crosslinked monomer, and has high viscosity and high reactivity.

ZC-5001 resin thickening stability, excellent strength, rigidity and toughness and dielectric insulation. Suitable for high performance SMC/BMC production processes for electrical, automotive and construction applications. It can also be used in BMC injection molding process.
