Application:ZC-197 UPR resin is suitable for fiberglass products with higher corrosion resistance requirements.
ZC-197 resin is epoxy resin modificated,bisphenol A type unsaturated polyester resin with D-33 monomer, maleic anhydride, epoxy resin and standard glycol as the main raw materials., which has been dissolved in styrene and cross-linked among monomers, it has medium viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-197 resin is a chemically resistant CEE type with excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. Suitable for fiberglass products with higher corrosion resistance requirements.

1. ZC-197 resin does not contain wax, accelerators and thixotropic additives.
2. When selecting heat-resistant and chemical-resistant anti-corrosion resin, the appropriate resin should be selected based on the actual medium and temperature of the product, and the company’s “Heat-resistant and chemical-resistant medium usage inquiry form” and confirmed through testing.
3. Post-curing of corrosion-resistant FRP products is particularly important, and the products should be used after they are fully cured.
