ZC-DC208L resin is an additive flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin with high-efficiency composite flame retardant added. It is halogen-free, dissolved in styrene cross-linking monomer, and has low viscosity and medium reactivity.
ZC-DC208L resin is halogen-free, low smoke, and can meet the flame retardant requirements of self-extinguishing when away from the fire, and meets the requirements of the railway industry standard TB/T3138-2006. It is widely used in various glass fiber reinforced plastic products with flame retardant performance requirements.

1.ZC-DC208L resin contains wax but no accelerator.
2.ZC-DC208L resin is sensitive to light and tends to gel after exposure to light, so avoid opening the package or exposing it to strong light before use.
3. Recommended curing system: 0.4-2.0% pure cobalt accelerator (colorless accelerators containing copper salts and potassium salts are not recommended), MEKP curing agent 1.0-2.5%.
4. During the storage of added flame retardant resin, filler sedimentation will occur, which is a normal phenomenon. It should be fully stirred before use.
